Union School District, Foundation for Excellence

USD Summer Tech Institute

Our June Tech Institute serviced 20 teachers who received technology integration training, and a piece of technology equipment to use in their classroom (as well as two Union units!). The August Institute hosted 14 teachers. The teachers created their own technology integrated lessons, and we are making these available to share throughout the district. These tech integrated lessons can be viewed and downloaded from this link. We should have all of the lessons posted by August 31.

United Streaming Update

The grant that funded Santa Clara County schools' access to United Streaming has ended. To receive continued access to United Streaming, each site must purchase their own license. If your site does not purchase a license, legally, all teachers at your site must delete any files you have downloaded from United Streaming.

District Technology Plan

The District Technology Plan for 2008-2001 was recently approved by the California Department of Education. To view the Plan, locate the quicklink on the left.
