PowerSchool Parent Information

The Union School District is pleased to provide you with access to the PowerSchool Public Portal for parents and students. The portal is a web-based application that is accessible from any computer with internet connectivity. Middle school parents and students can view attendance, schedules, assignments, and grades.
 
 
If you need help accessing your Parent Portal account, please submit a technology assistance ticket.
Create a New PowerSchool User Account for Parent
  • Go to the public portal
  • Select the Create Account tab, and click on Create Account
  • Complete all fields in the Create Parent/Guardian Account section
  • In the Link Students To Your Account section enter the following information to create the links to your students
 

Student Name: firstname lastname

Guardian Acess ID: Access ID

Access Password: Access Password

Relationship: Parent 1 for father, Parent 2 for mother, or another relationship


  • If you have another student, enter the student name, guardian access id, access password and relationship for that student
  • Press Enter, you will be re-directed to the portal
  
Add a Student to an Existing Parent User Account
  • Log into the public portal
  • Select Account Preferences from the navigation menu
  • Go to the Students tab and select Add
  • Enter the student name, guardian access id, access password and relationship
  • Press Submit
